This customer came from Osaka. The vehicle this time is a Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG (early model).

The A45, CLA45 and GLA45 can also be backfired by simply straightening the front catalytic converter and installing our mbFAST bubbling. When the downpipe is installed, our ECU tuning becomes very effective and the acceleration from around 60,70 km/h is as good as the current 4L class 63 AMG.

This time, we conducted a thorough chassis dynamometer test at Super Autobacs APIT Shinonome to gather evidence.

While the stock catalogue value is up to 360 hp/45.9 kgm.73ps/12.3kgm more.-er (i.e. a man who spends all his time doing...)432 hp / 58.2 kgmrecorded. The above data is compared to the stock ECU data with the downpipe installed.

The data is astonishing: a 2L-class vehicle in a hatchback makes more than 70 hp more. This time, it also produces backfire, which is more the main objective. When the backfire is produced, it will look like the picture below.

On the 45AMG series, the right side valve opens above 4000 rpm. The image above shows only the left side, which means that backfiring is occurring below 4000 rpm. mbFAST allows you to freely determine the volume of bubbling and the rpm at which it occurs.
