| Returns, exchanges and cancellations | Cancellations after an order has been placed are not accepted by the customer. Please check the contents of the order thoroughly before sending it. Especially for installation with remote tools, once the device is connected to the vehicle body via OBD, the device is tied to the vehicle and cannot be used on other vehicles. Please bear in mind that even if you cancel and return the product, especially after it has been connected to the vehicle, we will not be able to replace it with another vehicle. If the product is defective or faulty or otherwise caused by us, we will immediately accept the return or exchange of the product. In such cases, the customer shall notify the Company in the manner specified by the Company within 8 days from the date of arrival of the product in the case of initial defects, and the Company shall replace the product with a good product or a replacement, or, if this is not possible, shall refund the money to the account specified by the customer, regardless of the method of payment. The customer shall bear the shipping costs for returning and resending the relevant product. |
