Q&A

  1. Will ECU tuning or bubbling be installed on the day?
    • Possible. Can be installed in as little as 30 minutes to 2 hours. If there are a large number of vehicles or some vehicles, the work may be carried out at a later date.
  2. Are there kitchen cars, packed lunches, drinks and toilets available?
    • Arrangements will be made. Preparations will depend on the number of participants being counted, so please help us to get your entry form in as soon as possible after it is completed. The restaurant in the FSW is also available. The offline meeting place is free to come and go, so please travel by car.
    • Vending machines and toilets are located right outside the course.
  3. Are there any event booths? Can I open a stall? Can I set up my own tent near my car?
    • At the moment, mbFAST Tuning, which we provide, and Interior craft Tokyo, which is assisting us this time, are planning to do so. Tents can be set up as long as they do not damage the course, e.g. by making holes in it. If you are a vendor wishing to set up a stall, you are very welcome to do so, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
    • The organisers would like to help those who want to conduct sales activities, but please consult the organisers beforehand as the content is subject to confirmation by FSW.
    • A fee of ¥22,000 per stall will be charged if the stall involves the sale of goods as well as publicity and advertising. However, the sale of food and drink is not permitted.
  4. I haven't done any construction with mbFAST, can I still participate?
    • No problem at all. It is fine even if other companies' tuning and bubbling are included.
  5. I'm not really interested in customisation or tuning, can I still participate?
    • Even if you are not interested in tuning or customisation, we look forward to seeing you there.
  6. Can it be bumped and driven?
    • It is acceptable within the bounds of common sense to bump the course empty. However, another course is adjacent and there are other users,Please refrain from blasting the air with a large number of vehicles at the same time,Please use common sense.
    • At the moment, there is no space for free running during the off-hours, but we are currently working on the possibility of gymkhana/sport driving, as it is possible to run outside the off-hours and during the available track hours. Even if driving is possible, please note that the maximum exhaust noise limit for all driving vehicles is 120db, so please drive with caution if you are in danger of exceeding this limit.
  7. Is smoking allowed?
    • Only electronic cigarettes are allowed in smoking areas. Paper cigarettes are not permitted.
  8. Are there any precautions or prohibitions?
    • drone flight
    • Patching tents by drilling holes or otherwise damaging the course or concrete (using weights or other means to set them up is not a problem).
    • Please consult with us in advance for commercial filming and videos, as coverage fees may apply.
