Calibration files for tuning shops and master-tool owners, built on the same data mbFAST Tuning flashes across its own workshop network in Japan. Known calibrations are delivered from our library; new ones are tuned by hand and quoted per vehicle before we start.

Master tools only. Upload the raw read from your own master; you receive a raw tuned binary back and flash it with your tool.

Petrol performance calibration is our core. Everything below is available as a file; combinations are fine.
Stage 1 / Stage 2
Optimised torque, boost and timing for stock or upgraded hardware. Stage 2 requires the hardware list at request time.
Pops & Bangs
Deceleration afterfire, all modes or sport mode only. mbFAST runs Japan’s largest Pops & Bangs network, so this is our specialty.
Vmax off
Speed limiter removal where the calibration allows it. If a calibration cannot support it, the portal tells you before you order.
Map switch
Multiple calibrations selectable in-car where the platform supports it.
TCU calibration
Transmission files delivered as a separate unit so ECU and TCU never get mixed up.
DME unlock
Unlock handling for platforms that need it before a flash is possible.
How it works
Upload first, decide later. The vehicle is identified from the binary and checked against our library before you create an account. No typing software or calibration numbers.
Read the ECU, upload the file
Drop the master read into the free check. The vehicle is identified from the binary; if it cannot be, you pick it from the list and we quote it by hand.
Library check
If the calibration is already in our library, the tuned file is prepared for your exact stock read and becomes available for download.

Anything we have not calibrated before is quoted per vehicle inside the portal. Once you approve, mbFAST tunes it by hand and delivers it to the same request.
Priced per vehicle. You always see the number before we start.
There is no credit pack and no subscription. Each request is quoted for the specific car, engine and content you order, and the quote stays visible in the portal with its validity date.
- Quotes are issued and approved inside the portal, so there is no back-and-forth over chat
- Pops & Bangs, Vmax and TCU can be added to the same request
- Invoicing follows the terms agreed for your account
Japan business hours (JST, UTC+9)
Library files are prepared automatically once the identification is confirmed. Hand-tuned files depend on the platform and are scheduled when you approve the quote. Requests received overnight in Japan are picked up the next business morning.
Every delivery is logged against the request, so you and we can always see which file went to which car.
What we do not do
These are fixed. They are not available on request and the portal will not accept them.
DPF removal
Particulate filter deletion is not part of the mbFAST menu and cannot be ordered through the file service.
AdBlue / SCR removal
SCR system deletion is not available through the file service.
