What to Do When an AdBlue Warning Appears?
Completed in as Little as 1 Hour
Most vehicles are completed same-day. We’ll let you know in advance if it takes longer.
No Drop-Off Required
We work on your car while you wait. No need to worry about being stranded.
Even Mid-Countdown – We’ve Got You
Even if your display says “Engine Immobilized in ○km,” we can respond right away.
EMERGENCY SUPPORT
AdBlue Pump or Sensor Failure –
Stuck in the Countdown?
First, understand this: AdBlue warnings fall into two types — “fixed by refilling” and “not fixed by refilling.” Confusing the two wastes both time and money.
Refill AdBlue (urea solution)
If the warning just appeared, refilling alone may clear it. But if a sensor or SCR failure is the cause, refilling won’t help.
Refilling doesn’t clear it → Countdown begins
“Engine immobilized in ○km” — this is a system fault. Refilling alone won’t solve it.
Countdown reaches 0 → Engine won’t start
The car becomes immobile. Taking it to a dealer at this point can cost ¥300,000–¥500,000+ in repairs.
Solve It at the Root with ECU Remapping
Instead of replacing sensors endlessly, we adjust the ECU program to disable the warning at its source. Done in as little as 1 hour, no drop-off needed.

Dealer Repair vs. ECU Remapping — Which Is Better?
“Going to the dealer first” is a natural instinct — but for AdBlue-related issues, it tends to be the most expensive option.
| Dealer Repair (Parts Replacement) |
ECU Remapping (mbFAST) |
|
|---|---|---|
| Estimated Cost | ¥200,000–¥500,000+ | Quote required — often significantly cheaper than repair |
| Service Time | Waiting for parts — can take weeks to months |
As fast as 1–3 hours — same day, no drop-off |
| Risk of Recurrence | High — same error can reappear within months |
Virtually none — controlled at the ECU level |
| Urea Solution (refills) | Still required — ongoing running costs |
No longer needed |
| Vehicle Drop-Off | Required — may need a loaner car |
Not needed — drive in, drive out |

Is ECU Remapping Bad for the Engine?
Hearing “ECU modification” can sound alarming, but AdBlue cancel does not touch the engine’s combustion settings at all. We only adjust the exhaust purification monitoring function, so there is no impact on driving performance or fuel economy.
🔒
Engine Settings Untouched
No changes are made to combustion, power output, or fuel economy programs. Only the AdBlue monitoring section is adjusted.

Original Data Backed Up
We always save your original data before starting. You can restore the stock state at any time, even if you sell the vehicle.
⚡
No Black Smoke or Power Loss
We verify this with a post-service test drive, confirming no change in engine response or driving feel.
🔧
DPF Continues to Function Normally
DPF auto-regeneration continues to work as normal. AdBlue and DPF are separate systems — no interference.

Commonly Requested Together
AdBlue, EGR, DPF & NOx — All Handled Together
By adjusting the ECU program, we clear unnecessary warnings and restrictions without compromising engine performance. Fuel economy, throttle response, and maintenance costs all improve at once.
