Chrysler 300C SRT bubbling after-fire specification mbFAST Tuning ECU rewrite installation
Thank you for your help. We have again received an ECU in the mail for bubbling on an American vehicle. The vehicle is a Chrysler 300C 6.1 V8 Hemi. The muffler has been changed and is completely straight.
The ECU is located at the back left of the engine compartment and the ECU can be removed by disconnecting three couplers. Bubbling can be caused by changing the muffler, but above all, it cannot be guaranteed until the ECU data is rewritten; there is no replacement for the ECU, which is attached to your car and the data of the ECU itself is rewritten by us.
The ECU mailed to you is thus shelled out and the data is read and written with the base exposed. The ignition timing map is adjusted to ignite the exhaust gases as they are being released and bubbles by causing an explosion, but if this map is inadequate, not much bubbling will sound.
The owner sent us a video. It shows a strong bubbling as well as a slight afterfire.
