Mercedes-Benz E53AMG ECU tuning ☆ 75 hp more ☆ Bubbling is in great shape!

This time we visited Fukutomi-cho in Yokohama for the installation of four vehicles at once, which we usually refuse to do. The vehicles are E53AMG Sedan, E53AMG Stationwagon, AMG GT53 and 740e.

One of them, an E53 Sedan, was the main person we dealt with. The owner of this car had had it installed by another shop once, and although the car was faster, the bubbling was sluggish, so he contacted us for help.

In fact, when I test drove the car there, it did indeed repeatedly try to accelerate and decelerate after bubbling. I have also encountered this phenomenon in the past during development.

Now that the cause is somewhat understood, the first thing to do is to pull out the ECU data and have a look at it.

Looking at the ECU tuning, the boost pressure has been increased, but is the fuel thicker? I have the impression that it is. The torque map remained the same.

The bubbling map was still half-baked, as the ignition map had not been tweaked properly. This seemed to cause the ignition to repeatedly go positive or negative.
