Audi S3 60 hp increase ECU tuning + bubbling data installation

Thank you for your help. This time we received a request for ECU tuning and bubbling for an Audi S3 8V. He came from Fukushima, but he was going back home to Kanagawa, so he came here on his way back.

It has 285 hp/380 Nm in stock form, but our ECU tuning has increased it by about 60 hp!

The original data is taken from OBD, tuning and bubbling is put in and installed. There is no video this time, so I'll talk about the ECU tuning in a bit. This vehicle was equipped with a TDI sub-computer until just before the ECU tuning was installed. The sub-computer is designed to increase boost by outputting a false signal in addition to the actual measured value. The number of parameters that can be tweaked with ECU tuning is far greater than with a sub-computer, but with an ECU, the number of maps that can be tweaked is totally different, such as the torque limiter, ignition timing, fuel density and torque output values in relation to the accelerator signal. It is even possible to make the car go faster without boosting up.

Increasing boost will certainly make you faster, but the intercooler will always be unable to keep up when you are driving on the circuit, the Metropolitan Highway or the Turnpike. It's fine at first, but it slows down as the heat gradually dries out. For example, I don't boost up my 65 and I don't increase the torque limiter. It's easy to make it go faster, but the heat sag and, most importantly, the way it accelerates, which spoils the class of the V12, is unacceptable and I've changed more than half the maps to stock. Tinkering with the rest of the maps will give you better high rpm extension.
