AutoTuner compatible car models.
It is compatible with cars from all over the world, including famous European cars as well as some domestic cars. The following is a brief overview of the compatibility status for each manufacturer.
- MG1 series series such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, etc.
- ECUs manufactured after July 2020 are locked and cannot be rewritten. The date of manufacture does not correspond to the Japanese year. In my experience, Mercedes Benz could not be done after the 2021 model year; BMW could be done for the 2021 model year, but it may not be possible depending on the month.

- GT43AMG, 53AMG, 45sAMG: MG1 is used, see above.
- 63AMG (M177,178): the ECU is MED17.7.5 and could be rewritten up to 2021.
- Toyota, Lexus.
- GT86 and GR86 are not supported. mbFAST Tuning dealers will rewrite the ECU by sending it to us by post if GR Yaris is partially supported and not supported.
- Nissan (Japanese car company)
- In principle compatible as data can be read from OBD, but some Z33s are not yet compatible.

The difference between Master and Slave.
Autotuner is available in Master and Slave; Master is the parent tool like our mbFAST Tuning has. It can actually read, edit (purchased separately) and write ECU data, making it a tool for professionals. Slave, on the other hand, is a child tool associated with Master, which can read and write ECU data, but the files are encrypted and cannot be checked or edited, only Master can unlock the data. This is a tool for distributors linked to Master. Other Masters that are not linked to the Master cannot decrypt the data, preventing it from being copied or diverted.

- A portable power supply is recommended, as some vehicles take a long time to write from OBD, during which time the key is always on, so the combination of a charger and a set of chargers prevents the battery from running out of power. A portable power supply is a good idea in case of a power failure during the writing process. Also, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz 35AMG series, 45sAMG series and 53AMG series, which require ECU removal and installation instead of OBD, require an external power supply, so please prepare one if you plan to install it.
